Store Manager - High End Women’s Accessories
Our client, one of Europe’s fastest-growing women’s fashion and accessories brands, expanding rapidly in the U.S. market. The team is young, dynamic, and goal-driven, with a strong digital mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. Their SoHo location is a flagship opportunity to bring quiet-luxury aesthetic to New York and deliver a premium client experience. We are seeking a proactive, polished, and strategic Store Manager to lead their high-end women’s accessories boutique in SoHo. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strong customer-experience instincts and the ability to lead a high-performing retail team. This role includes team leadership, store operations, clienteling, sales performance, merchandising, and event coordination to grow their brand presence in New York. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and high-performing sales team Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured development plans Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional service standards Foster an excellence-driven, supportive, and collaborative store culture Client Experience & Sales Management Build strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat purchases Translate strategic sales goals into individual and team action plans Oversee all clienteling efforts, ensuring a personalized luxury experience Set and monitor sales KPIs; analyze performance and implement improvements Ensure consistent brand presentation and luxury-level customer interactions Store Operations Manage daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising Maintain compliance with operational policies, loss prevention, and asset management Oversee product flow, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards Ensure a clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned boutique environment Events & Marketing Support Coordinate in-store events, client activations, and influencer visits in partnership with PR Assist with local marketing initiatives, social content moments, and community outreach Support blog, email, social media, or promotional ideas when aligned with brand needs Reporting & Analysis Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for leadership Track key metrics such as foot traffic, conversion, average sale, and client retention Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans Qualifications: Required 4+ years of experience in retail management or customer-facing leadership roles Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments Experience with sales reporting and KPI analysis Availability for full-time schedule including weekends Computer proficiency (MS Office); Shopify POS experience is a plus Preferred Background in premium or luxury retail Experience planning or supporting customer events Strong customer-service and clienteling instincts English and Spanish Fluent is a must, other languages will be considered a plus.
