We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team and help us expand our network of clients and candidates. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with new companies to expand our client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and job orders. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to hunt for candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Efficiently manage candidate information and recruitment processes using our ATS. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Location: Remote, but must be located in the NY or NJ area, with the ability to commute to Brooklyn NY 11205 Salary: Commissions only
