HR Coordinator
Position Overview The Senior HR Operations Associate provides advanced HR operational support with a focus on compliance, process improvement, and complex employee lifecycle management. This role partners closely with HR leadership to strengthen infrastructure, reduce risk, and build scalable HR processes. The Senior Associate also supports training and mentorship of junior HR staff. Healthcare or behavioral health industry experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Risk Management Administer leave of absence programs, including coordination with employees, managers, and third-party administrators Manage workers’ compensation reporting and incident documentation Prepare and respond to unemployment claims and regulatory correspondence Ensure HR processes comply with federal, state, and organizational requirements Manage escalated or complex compliance matters Benefits & Employee Transitions Resolve complex benefits issues and coordinate with vendors and brokers Manage termination processing and benefits offboarding Support retirement plan administration and vendor coordination Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding benefits and leave policies Position Overview The Senior HR Operations Associate provides advanced HR operational support with a focus on compliance, process improvement, and complex employee lifecycle management.
