Controller Location: Bronx, NY (Relocating to Westchester County in the near future) Compensation: $120,000+ Schedule: Full-Time | Open to partial remote We are seeking an experienced Controller with healthcare industry experience to oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on controller experience and a strong understanding of full-cycle accounting in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger Prepare monthly and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements Supervise accounting staff Coordinate audits and tax filings Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 3+ years of Controller experience Healthcare experience required Strong financial reporting and leadership skills
