Property Receivables Specialist
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-oriented Property Management & Collections Specialist to oversee tenant account management and rent collections while supporting daily property operations. This r combines financial accountability with tenant relationship management, requiring strong problem-solving skills, professional communication, and the ability to enforce lease terms while maintaining positive tenant relations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding both account matters AR property-related concerns, ensuring smooth operations and consistent revenue flow. Key Responsibilities Property Management - Serve as a main point of contact for tenants regarding, property concerns, and account question - Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to address tenant issues promptly - Ensure lease compliance and enforce property policies - Maintain accurate tenant records, documentation, and account updates - Assist with account reconciliations Collections & Accounts Receivable - Monitor tenant accounts to ensure timely rent payments - Proactively follow up on past-due balances through phone, email, and formal notices - Identify root causes of payment delays and implement practical solutions - Negotiate and manage structured payment plans - Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally - Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and payment activity
