E-Commerce Manager – Multi-Platform We are looking for a driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online sales channels across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, in-house role based in New Jersey, with the opportunity to significantly grow revenue and product visibility. Compensation $200,000 base Performance-based commission / bonus Responsibilities Manage and optimize multiple e-commerce platforms (Not Amazon) Take full ownership of online sales strategy and execution Communicate directly with platforms to enhance product growth, visibility, and performance Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue Coordinate marketing, merchandising, and customer experience initiatives Work closely with operations, fulfillment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth processes Identify opportunities to expand online revenue across nearly 2,000 SKUs Requirements 3+ Years Proven experience managing e-commerce stores or multi-platform online sales this out of the box type of guy Take a task to the finish line Leadership mentality Strong understanding of online sales, marketing, and analytics Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to take full ownership of growth Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and report to CEO and drive measurable results
