Inside Sales Representative
A fast-growing eCommerce company is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team and help drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for eCommerce. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Inside sales or customer-facing experience (eCommerce experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
