This role focuses on driving new business for monitoring services across the United States, with unlimited outreach and territory. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven salesperson with a strong track record of closing deals, the ability to open doors nationally, and the motivation to build a substantial book of business. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business nationwide within property management, construction, and real estate-related markets Build relationships with decision-makers, owners, and executives Present monitoring solutions tailored to client needs Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline Track and report on sales activity and results Qualifications: Proven sales experience in property management, construction, real estate, or a related field Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Comfortable with high-volume outreach and nationwide sales efforts Compensation & Opportunity: Competitive base salary Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential Nationwide territory with no geographic limitations
