Sales Representative – Healthcare Technology Location: New York, NY (Primarily NYC – Field Based) Compensation: $100K base + commission Hours: Full-Time Overview We are hiring a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the New York healthcare market. This role focuses on selling a B2B healthcare technology solution that helps providers efficiently submit Medicaid applications online. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, developing new business, and managing the full sales cycle within healthcare organizations. Responsibilities Market Development Execute a sales strategy across NYC and surrounding counties Build relationships with Business Office Managers, billing teams, administrators, CFOs, and ownership groups Start conversations at the operational level and expand to executive decision-makers Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Work an existing lead list to generate opportunities Develop new business through networking, in-person visits, and referrals Maintain strong field activity and market visibility Track pipeline and report on sales progress Qualifications Strong knowledge of the NY healthcare market Proven B2B healthcare sales experience (tech or services) Experience selling into home care agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, or SNFs Ability to sell to both operational and executive stakeholders Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills Preferred Existing NYC healthcare network SaaS or healthcare tech sales experience Background in Medicaid eligibility, revenue cycle, or billing Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to grow market share
