Controller Location: Monsey, NY Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 DOE Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office Hiring ASAP We are seeking a hands-on Controller with real estate experience to take full ownership of the finance department. This individual will oversee all accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and implement systems that improve overall business performance and financial health. Key Responsibilities: Full oversight of bookkeeping, general ledger, A/R, A/P, and financial reporting Manage month-end and year-end close Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls Provide financial insight to ownership and leadership Qualifications: 3+ years of Controller experience Some Real estate industry experience required Strong bookkeeping and financial management skills leadership type of person Independent, proactive, and able to run the finance department autonomously Ready to hire immediately.
