Our business has a strong office team handling backend operations and customer service. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse and optimize operations. Role Overview: As Warehouse Manager, you will be the leader of our warehouse operations. You will oversee receiving, inventory, logistics, and staffing. This is a hands-on role requiring someone with real warehouse experience who can organize, streamline, and manage the warehouse independently. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and logistics. Implement systems to improve efficiency and organization. Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff; handle staffing issues, including hiring and firing. Maintain warehouse organization and ensure stock integrity. Troubleshoot and solve warehouse problems independently. Collaborate with office team when necessary but focus primarily on warehouse operations. Requirements: Proven warehouse management experience.
