The candidate should be someone that is very responsible, will take full ownership of his position, has leadership qualities and is humble. Responsibilities include: check vehicles and trucks, diagnose issues, see which parts are missing, order parts, delegate work and oversee mechanics, help out with actual mechanical work if/when needed.
