Overview
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to own the full financial picture of the company and serve as the primary point of accountability for the accuracy, clarity, and credibility of the numbers.
This role is responsible for establishing financial discipline, leading the finance function, and ensuring leadership can rely on the numbers to make real decisions without surprises.
The CFO is a strategic partner to ownership and leadership and plays a critical role in the company s next stage of growth.
Core Ownership & Accountability
Own the full financial picture across all entities
Single point of accountability for financial accuracy and reporting integrity
Ensure financial information is clear, consistent, and decision-useful
Strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership
Financial Reporting & Close
Own the monthly close process and ensure it happens on time and predictably
Ensure financial statements are accurate, consistent, and trusted
Deliver clear, concise financial reporting to leadership
Lead monthly variance analysis with actionable insights
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow
Build and maintain a realistic 12-month operating budget tied to business drivers
Develop a 3 5 year high-level financial outlook
Own short- and long-term cash flow planning with liquidity visibility
Tax, Controls & Risk Oversight
Oversee tax strategy and compliance
Coordinate with external advisors while owning outcomes
Establish appropriate internal controls and audit readiness
Experience & Background
Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent)
Proven ability to build disciplined financial operations and teams
Experience in complex, multi-entity or commission-based environments preferred
