Intake Coordinator
A growing ABA company in Williamsburg NY is seeking an energetic, confident, and personable Intake Coordinator to contact a high volume of client leads promptly and conduct initial intake calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling new leads daily and conducting initial phone consultations
Speaking with parents clearly, warmly, and professionally
Explaining our ABA services and intake process in a simple, organized way
Guiding families toward moving forward with services during the initial call
Creating a positive, reassuring first impression for parents
Qualifications:
Prior experience handling leads a must (ABA services)
Strong communication skills
Enjoys speaking with parents and building rapport
Fluency in Spanish and English , with a minimal accent
