HR Analyst
A detail-oriented HR Analyst is needed to support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring compliance, and delivering data-driven insights that inform HR decisions. This role covers the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and passionate about optimizing HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate employee data across the full lifecycle
Manage and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Paycom, supporting recruitment, candidate tracking, and reporting
Oversee SharePoint as the HR filing system, ensuring records and documentation are organized and accessible
Create, maintain, and update job descriptions for consistency and accuracy
Maintain the staffing plan and keep headcount and position data current
Support the performance review process, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
Monitor required organizational training (Compliance, OSHA, Pharmaceutical), track completion, and follow up to maintain compliance
Prepare and analyze HR data and quarterly reports; identify trends in turnover, retention, and other HR metrics
Assist in administering compensation structures and management guidelines
Participate in ad hoc HR projects, audits, and reporting as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management
Experience with ATS platforms (Paycom preferred) and recruitment processes
Demonstrated experience with compliance programs, employee records, performance reviews, and staffing plans
Proficient in data analysis and reporting with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of compensation administration preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
