Position Summary: An ABA company in Midwood is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead billing operations and payroll processes. This requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. The manager oversees a growing billing team, accurate payroll, and ensures billing is compliant, timely, and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to insurance and Medicaid Oversee payroll across multiple states, working closely with HR and Finance Manage and mentor billing team members; set goals and conduct performance reviews Resolve billing and payroll issues; ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows Prepare billing metrics and payroll reports for leadership Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience in billing/payroll, with 2+ years in a leadership role Healthcare or ABA billing experience preferred Knowledge of Medicaid, private insurance, and payroll compliance preferred Proficiency in billing/payroll systems (e.g., CentralReach, ADP, QuickBooks) Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Leadership role in a growing behavioral health organization Warm and Supportive work environment Generous PTO package For more information please email rblackstein@thehirepartners.com or call 845-910-9809
