Position Summary: An ABA company in Midwood is seeking a Director of SOP & Trainings with a strong ABA background to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide standard operating procedures and staff training programs. This role is key to ensuring consistent, high-quality clinical and operational practices across all programs. Responsibilities: Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments Design and oversee onboarding, compliance, and ongoing staff training programs Ensure all procedures align with ABA best practices and regulatory standards Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify training needs Monitor program quality and training effectiveness Qualifications: Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (BCBA preferred) Minimum 1 year of ABA experience in clinical or supervisory roles preferred Proven ability to develop and deliver staff training programs Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Leadership role in a growing behavioral health organization Warm and Supportive work environment Generous PTO package For more information please email rblackstein@thehirepartners.com or call 845-910-9809
