Position Summary:
The Personal Care Aid (PCA) Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all timekeeping data is accurate and complete, and that payroll is processed in compliance with agency policies and state regulations. The payroll coordinator serves as a liaison between field staff and administrative departments to resolve discrepancies, request documentation, and ensure timely, accurate payroll execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Caseload of 250 patients
Requesting Timesheets daily
Running prebilling reports for missed calls or duties
Clear Payroll reports after invoicing
Review system and get corrected timesheets if needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Team-player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
