Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO in overseeing real estate portfolios and related financial activities
Hire, coordinate, and supervise contractors as needed
Manage mortgage processes, loans, and other financial transactions
Handle bookkeeping and other financial office tasks
Communicate and coordinate with legal professionals, including lawyers
Support other administrative and financial projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial office or related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
