Director of Operations Location: Chester, NY (On-site) Type: Full-Time Salary: $130,000 $150,000+ (DOE) Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO Company Overview We are a payroll service firm supporting nearly 400 clients using UKG software seeking a strong operational leader to build structure, systems, and accountability across the organization. Role Summary The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, people management, and process development across all departments. This is a hands-on leadership role for a high-energy, independent operator who can establish systems, reduce turnover, and scale operations effectively.
