An ABA company in Williamsburg NY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality services to children and families in New York. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, culturally sensitive, and comfortable working within community-specific environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise, train, and support RBTs and ABA therapists
Provide parent training and caregiver education in a respectful, culturally appropriate manner
Collaborate with schools, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with NY (& NJ) regulations
Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and best clinical practices
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Eligible to practice in New York (and/or New Jersey)
Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Currently enrolled in Medicaid
Fluency in Yiddish (spoken and written)
Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong organizational, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills
