Call Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive employee to join our team. This role will begin as a standard outbound caller, making campaign calls alongside the rest of the team. After completing training, the employee will also take on account-related calling work for various organizations. When account-related work is slower, she will continue to support outbound calling efforts as needed.
Responsibilities
Make outbound campaign calls as part of a calling team
Handle follow-up calls for pledge collections and other accounts-related tasks across multiple organizations or businesses
Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and Excel
Ensure all follow-up work is completed thoroughly and communicate progress regularly to the team
Manage and update an assignment spreadsheet, tracking task status and completing items in a timely manner
Make occasional evening follow-up calls from home, as needed
Requirements
Strong phone presence with a clear, pleasant, and professional speaking voice
Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic account-tracking tools
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate progress
Must be available to work from home during evening hours, as needed
Schedule
Monday Thursday, 10:00 AM 4:00 PM
Occasional Fridays, as needed
Evening follow-up calls from home
