Retail Stoor Floor Manager Apparel Store A busy apparel store is seeking a responsible and organized Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: Create and manage staff schedules Oversee cashiers and assist with register issues when needed Ensure daily restocking is completed Assist customers with questions or concerns when escalated from cashier Maintain an organized, efficient, and pleasant shopping environment Take ownership of store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day flow Position Details: Part-time: 25 30 hours per week Sunday availability is required (one alternate day off can be taken) Ideal Candidate: Highly responsible and dependable Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing staff and interacting with customers Self-motivated and able to confidently run store operations
