About the Role
Seeking friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, text, and email. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and respond to customer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, texts, and emails.
Create and log service tickets for other staff members to handle.
Manage damage reports record details, determine coverage, and exercise good judgment when making exceptions.
Notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup.
Communicate item unavailability and process refunds when needed.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions.
Provide warm, professional support and represent the company with a positive attitude.
Requirements
Strong communication and phone skills.
