An established insurance brokerage firm is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Executive Director of client accounts. In this position, you ll lead a team to achieve sales targets, enhance client satisfaction, and streamline office processes. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and skilled at both leadership and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Higher-level role overseeing client communication and the full quoting/processing cycle.
Directs which markets to go to, manages the quoting workflow, and closes sales.
Leads the operations side: coordinating processes, delegating work, and ensuring systems are running smoothly.
May be involved in hiring and performance oversight.
Will start with 2 3 lines (their strongest areas) and gradually expand to broader insurance knowledge.
Compensation range: $150K $250K , with flexibility for true quality.
Requires strong experience within a professional, white-collar environment (e.g., commercial mortgage brokerage, residential mortgages, competitive credit card offices).
