A nonprofit organization is seeking a Restricted Gift Accountant to support fund accounting, reconciliation processes, and monthly close activities. This role ensures accuracy of fund balances, cash balances, and financial reporting while working across integrated accounting and donor management systems. Responsibilities Include: Maintain accurate fund balances and cash balances Perform bank reconciliations and support reconciliation processes Manage monthly close analysis and reporting Track prepaid expenses and insurance accounts Ensure proper accounting for restricted gifts and designated funds Work within Financial Edge and Raiser s Edge systems Ideal Qualifications: Strong accounting or fund accounting experience Experience with bank reconciliations and monthly close processes Familiarity with Raiser s Edge and Financial Edge preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Organized and deadline-driven Salary : $85k - $95k/Year + Benefits To apply, please send your resume to Aron@bhirednyc.com
