Administrative Assistant
A growing company is seeking a full-time, in-office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations with a strong focus on documentation, organization, and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who is comfortable working with technical documents and structured files.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare, update, and maintain computer-based documents and drawings
Assist with layouts, formatting, and technical documentation based on instructions or markups
Accurately enter data, measurements, notes, and specifications
Revise files based on feedback from supervisors or team members
Organize and maintain electronic files with proper version control
Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Ensure documentation meets company standards and guidelines
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with computer-based documents
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) is a plus
Reliable, professional, and well-organized
Able to follow instructions and manage revisions efficiently
Salary: $25 - $30/Hour
