Full-time Bookkeeper
A property management company is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join its Finance Department in a replacement role, overseeing financial reporting and day-to-day accounting functions.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare financial reports and journal entries
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Work within QuickBooks, Rent Manager, and Excel (including formulas)
Supervise and collaborate with a VA to ensure accurate financial processes
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Support ongoing finance department operations
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong bookkeeping and finance background
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Rent Manager
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas
Experience supervising or coordinating with remote staff
Professional attitude with a positive personality
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Salary: $75k - $100k/Year
