Customer Support Representative
A service-based company is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to manage customer questions, concerns, and inquiries primarily via email, with occasional phone support as needed. This role is ideal for a highly organized and responsible professional who can manage multiple conversations while ensuring every issue is documented, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and confident in guiding customer situations toward resolution while maintaining a calm and professional tone.
Responsibilities Include:
Responding to customer inquiries primarily via email
Providing phone support when necessary
Managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously
Documenting all interactions accurately in internal systems
Taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution
Maintaining organization and structure within daily support workflows
Escalating complex matters appropriately when needed
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries
Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through
Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
