Service Coordinator
A growing healthcare company is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met through consistent communication via email, phone, and quarterly in-person visitations. You will also be responsible for managing and updating important documentation on a monthly basis to ensure compliance and accuracy. This role requires a BA degree, and candidates must be located in NYC for quarterly in-person patient visits.
Responsibilities Include:
On-call 9-5
Act as the main point of contact for patients, providing regular communication via email and phone.
Conduct quarterly in-person visits to patients within your caseload.
Manage and update patient documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Respond to patient and caregiver inquiries in a timely and compassionate manner.
Maintain organized records and ensure all compliance standards are met.
Ideal Qualifications:
BA degree required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Must be located in NYC for in-person patient visits.
Salary : $50k - $60k/Year + Bonus
