Customer Service / Office Assistant
A small and growing property management firm is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Office Assistant to support daily operations in an in-office setting. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys helping people, and is looking for long-term growth into an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer tenant calls and manage front-facing communication
Respond to and resolve basic tenant inquiries professionally
Assist with rent collection and related follow-ups
Support small administrative and office projects
Help ensure smooth daily office and property operations
Provide general office and clerical support
Ideal Qualifications:
Comfortable speaking on the phone with tenants and vendors
Patient, professional, and reliable
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic administrative or office experience preferred
Organized and detail-oriented
