A nonprofit organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to build and lead a strong marketing division. This role begins remotely with the expectation of relocating to Michigan once the department is fully established. The Director will play a key role in shaping the organization s brand, driving engagement, and scaling a high-performing team. Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy Build and manage a team of copywriters, designers, and other creatives Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels Collaborate with leadership and internal departments to align messaging with organizational goals Drive engagement and awareness through digital, print, and community-based campaigns Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure effectiveness Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations Strong knowledge of branding, communications, and digital marketing Track record of building and scaling successful teams Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Willingness to relocate to Michigan after the initial remote phase Salary: $90k - $130k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Racheli@bhirednyc.com
