Chief of Staff
A large healthcare company is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, ensuring execution, clarity, and operational excellence across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking, research, executive communication, recruiting support, and rigorous follow-through.
Responsibilities Include:
Attend meetings and calls on behalf of the CEO when needed
Capture key points from discussions and deliver clear summaries with Yes / No / Wait recommendations
Flag risks, gaps, and misalignment and ensure decisions turn into execution
Conduct deep research on AI tools, healthcare operations, vendors, markets, competitors, and partnerships
Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and writing
Produce short, actionable write-ups and translate complexity into clear decisions
Review and screen large volumes of resumes and identify top-tier candidates
Run first-round interviews and assess judgment, intelligence, culture fit, and execution ability
Draft emails, messages, and summaries in the CEO s voice
Prepare briefs, agendas, and talking points and handle follow-ups with stakeholders
Track commitments, assign owners and deadlines, and follow up until tasks are completed
Maintain strict confidentiality and prevent dropped balls across teams and companies
Ideal Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with senior leadership or executives
Extremely strong organizational and execution skills
High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Strong writing and communication skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on, get-things-done mentality
Comfortable using AI tools and modern workflows
Able to manage many priorities and follow through relentlessly
Salary: $120k - $160k/Year
