Position Overview
We are seeking a senior operational leader to own and drive day-to-day field operations across a multi-site service organization . This role sits at the center of execution—overseeing regional leadership, ensuring consistency across locations, and translating strategy into operational performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field presence, disciplined management, and the ability to scale systems, people, and processes across a growing footprint.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to executive leadership and oversees a multi-layered field organization.
Direct Oversight Includes
Senior Operations Managers
Regional / Area Managers
Field Supervisors
Operations Coordinators and Support Staff
Indirect oversight of frontline field teams through regional leadership
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Own all field operations across assigned regions, ensuring service quality, consistency, and accountability
Serve as the senior escalation point for operational issues, staffing challenges, and client concerns
Drive execution against KPIs, service standards, and operational goals
Team Management & Development
Lead, coach, and develop senior operations managers and regional leaders
Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline
Set clear expectations, accountability frameworks, and performance metrics
Field Execution & Oversight
Spend time in the field observing operations, auditing performance, and supporting teams
Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures are followed consistently
Partner closely with supervisors to resolve on-the-ground challenges
Process, Systems & Scale
Improve and standardize operational processes across regions
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Collaborate with support functions (HR, scheduling, finance, customer success) to improve execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between field operations and leadership
Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to executives
Support growth initiatives, new launches, and operational expansions
Ideal Candidate
Senior operator with deep experience leading multi-site, field-based teams
Comfortable managing managers and holding leaders accountable
Hands-on, decisive, and highly organized
Strong communicator who can operate effectively in the field and the office
Thrives in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
Qualifications
5+ years of operations leadership experience in field-based or service-driven organizations
Proven experience managing regional or multi-location teams
Strong background in process improvement, performance management, and team development
