Director of Recruitment Lakewood, NJ (On-site) $100K–$150K+ (DOE) Position Overview An ABA organization is seeking a hands-on Director of Recruitment to lead and manage an internal team of 7–8 recruiters. This role is operational leadership. The person in this role is accountable for recruiting execution, team productivity, and consistent hiring outcomes. Travel may be required to support hiring operations, onsite hiring initiatives, and internal staffing needs across locations. The ideal candidate is a strong people-manager who drives performance, improves processes, and ensures roles are filled efficiently and consistently.
