We are hiring a Head of Commercial Operations to lead and scale revenue performance across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has owned real revenue responsibility, led high-performing commercial teams, and built structure inside complex, growth-driven organizations.
You will not be advising from the sidelines. You will be accountable for revenue execution, leadership alignment, and measurable commercial performance.
About the Role
The business is established, ambitious, and entering a more structured growth phase. The next stage requires tighter commercial alignment, stronger forecasting discipline, and operational clarity across revenue-driving functions.
You will partner closely with executive leadership and take ownership of commercial execution at scale. This role sits at the center of Sales, Product, and Marketing and ensures strategy turns into consistent, predictable growth.
What You’ll Own
• Full commercial oversight across Sales, Product, and Marketing performance
• Revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
• Alignment between product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
• KPI development tied to revenue, margin, customer acquisition, and retention
• Commercial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Leadership development across senior commercial leaders
• Identification and removal of growth bottlenecks
Must-Haves
• Senior leadership experience overseeing commercial teams in a high-revenue organization
• Direct ownership of revenue growth with measurable results
• Strong operational and financial discipline, including forecasting and performance metrics
• Proven ability to build accountability and structure inside fast-moving environments
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience scaling organizations through significant revenue expansion
• Background integrating product strategy with commercial execution
• Exposure to investor reporting or board-level communication
• Multi-channel or multi-market go-to-market leadership

• Assess commercial structure, team capability, and revenue drivers
• Establish clear, visible KPIs across Sales, Product, and Marketing
• Improve forecasting accuracy and performance visibility

• Increase revenue predictability and growth velocity
• Strengthen leadership bench and accountability standards
• Deliver measurable commercial performance improvements
