The Ideal Candidate
Visionary yet practical leader with strong marketing execution skills.
Creative thinker with proven experience in branding, social media, and event marketing.
Adept in Google Ads, analytics, and graphic oversight.
Strong communicator able to manage and motivate both in-house and external contributors.
Accountable, results-driven, and comfortable “owning” the marketing function end to end.
Available to work in-office (preferred) with flexibility for hybrid scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies.
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, SEO, and paid media.
Direct social media presence and content creation to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage design, copy, and creative output across marketing materials.
Coordinate and execute corporate and association events to strengthen brand visibility.
Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with organizational goals.
Hold all team members and vendors accountable for timelines and results.
Qualifications & Must-Haves
7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience; CMO or senior marketing manager background preferred.
Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, and creative direction.
Proficiency in Google Ads, social media management, and marketing analytics.
Strong understanding of how to manage creative teams and external partners.
Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required (MBA preferred).
