This is a process-driven coordination role , not a legal position. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Coordinate between the legal team and on-site property managers Track building violations and ensure they are being addressed Follow up to confirm required actions are completed Assist with tracking non-payment eviction processes Maintain organized records and documentation Work with deadlines to ensure timelines are met Ideal Candidate Highly detail-oriented and organized Strong follow-up and communication skills Reliable and comfortable working independently Prior office or administrative experience is a plus Qualifications Entry-level candidates welcome Strong organizational and written communication skills Willingness to learn and follow established processes Training provided.
