Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Hire, train, and oversee a team of Care Managers. Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives to equip Care Managers with essential skills and knowledge. Program Oversight: Create workflows and systems to streamline operations and improve program efficiency. Billing Management: Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
