As the company expands its operations, it requires a strategic financial leader to analyze spending, improve financial efficiencies, and oversee financial operations. Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Work closely with the finance department to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Compare and analyze spending trends to optimize financial performance. Understand and integrate financial operations across different business units. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for growth and expansion. Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and industry best practices. Collaborate with the executive team to drive financial decision-making. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a CFO or senior financial role, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
