About the Role
We are hiring a Dealer Support Manager to lead and elevate our internal service team.
This role is about more than answering tickets. It’s about building structure, improving response times, strengthening cross-team communication, and ensuring our dealers experience professionalism and clarity at every touchpoint.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure orders are accurate, issues are resolved quickly, and service improves as volume grows.
What You’ll Own
• Lead and develop the Dealer Support team
• Improve dealer communication and response time
• Oversee accurate order entry and issue resolution
• Identify process gaps and implement smarter workflows
• Use data and KPIs to improve service performance
• Partner cross-functionally to reduce friction and delays
• Launch feedback loops to improve dealer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
• Experience leading customer or dealer support in a product-based business
• Background in manufacturing, building materials, cabinetry, appliances, or home improvement preferred
• Strong communicator who can represent the company confidently
• Process-minded leader who enjoys improving systems
• Comfortable working in high-volume environments
• Data-aware and comfortable tracking performance metrics
• Hands-on leadership style — not afraid to roll up sleeves
