The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Field Manager to be responsible for our field operations in the NY/NJ region. This role involves direct management of field managers, strategic planning, oversight of service delivery, adherence to regulatory requirements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. The Senior Field Manager will be a critical link between executive leadership and on-the-ground service teams, driving performance and upholding all legal mandates related to our service provision and workforce management.
Primary focus will be on service delivery and customer satisfaction
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Team and project management: Supervise and lead approximately 15 field teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards and goals.
Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies for field operations, often with a focus on a specific region or multiple projects.
Leadership and mentorship: Provide coaching, training, and development for field staff and senior crew managers.
Operational oversight: Coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to align field activities with overall business objectives.
Training: Oversee and approve comprehensive, legally compliant training programs for field staff, focusing on technical skills, safety protocols, legal compliance, and customer service standards.
The Senior Field Manager will serve as the continuous point of contact and liaison between the field, management, and office.
R equired Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in field service operations, with experience in a multi-level management role overseeing other managers or large teams.
Field/Construction Jobsite Acumen: Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience with relevant regulatory frameworks, including OSHA, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), state-specific licensing requirements , and contract law as it applies to service delivery.
Skills: Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in field service management (FSM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Licensure: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
