We are a fast-growing manufacturer of custom wood doors, drawer boxes, and moldings, supplying contractors, wholesalers, and fabricators across the Northeast. With a strong production capacity and established client list, we are positioned for expansion and seeking a driven sales professional to accelerate growth.
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Representative to both own and service existing accounts and develop new business in key metro and New England markets. The role offers a strong base of current clients and leads, but also requires proactive outreach to contractors, fabricators, and wholesalers. The ideal candidate will bring either:
Industry experience in cabinetry, millwork, or building materials with an established network, or
Proven sales drive, personality, and ownership mindset , with the ability to quickly learn product lines and close deals.

The Ideal Candidate
Energetic, motivated, and driven to grow sales volume
Strong relationship-builder with wholesalers, contractors, and fabricators
Either has an existing book of business OR can learn quickly and win trust
Comfortable with travel, client-facing work, and closing deals
Key Responsibilities
Service and grow assigned client accounts across metro and New England regions
Develop new business by pursuing wholesalers, contractors, and fabricators
Present products and solutions to decision-makers, tailoring pitches to client needs
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and bids
Work with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and market insights
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience (cabinetry, millwork, or building materials preferred)
Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships
Ability to manage both high-volume and smaller accounts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with frequent regional travel
