Position Overview The Leasing & Move-In Operations Manager owns the full pre-move-in lifecycle — from apartment showings and applications through lease execution, keys, and move-in readiness. This role manages the leasing office team and move-in coordinators, ensuring all processes run smoothly, milestones are hit, and details are never missed. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring prior real estate office experience and the ability to manage and motivate a predominantly team with professionalism, clarity, and respect.
