Head of Finance (ABA) Lakewood, NJ | Onsite (Hybrid considered) $200K–$250K+ (DOE) About the Role This role has two core priorities: Build the finance function – bring bookkeeping in-house and create structure, reporting, and accountability. Help the company grow – partner with ownership on profitability, expansion, and major business decisions. Additionally, this role requires someone comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on while building the team and infrastructure. What You’ll Do Establish and oversee the internal finance function Initially handle deeper financial operations while building the team Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Turn financial data into clear business direction Support growth planning and operational decisions Guide pricing, staffing, and margin strategy We’re Looking For Someone Who Has helped a business scale or grow meaningfully Is comfortable being both strategic and in the details Can build structure where it doesn’t yet exist Communicates clearly and partners well with ownership Helpful Backgrounds (Highly Preferred) Healthcare or ABA Multi-location organizations Built a finance department This is a high-impact role with real influence, ideal for someone who wants ownership partnership and the opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up.
