Location: Wayne, NJ
Salary: $65,000–$110,000 base plus commission (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our Wholesale & Marketplace Division. The must-haves include strong communication skills, sales drive, and a growth mindset . You will work closely with wholesale partners, distributors, and marketplace teams to expand sales channels, build relationships, and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and marketplace representatives
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools or other systems
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to travel and work extended hours when required
