Operations & Office Manager Morristown, NJ – Full Time Onsite 90-115K Position Overview: A fast-growing, multi-departmental company is seeking a hands-on, systems-minded, and people-savvy Operations & Office Manager to lead all front-end operations and support the next phase of company growth. This role is central to organizational success — responsible for overseeing a team across estimating, customer service, purchasing, and administrative functions. You will serve as the key bridge between leadership and front-line staff , turning high-level strategy into day-to-day action with clarity, structure, and accountability.
