Compliance & Operations Lead Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Person 4 Days/Week) Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (depending on experience) Overview Join our leadership team as a Compliance & Operations Lead. You’ll manage relationships with external consultants and take ownership of critical compliance projects. You’ll not only track execution—you’ll drive it forward, ensuring deadlines are met and regulations are followed. This role requires maturity, responsibility, and strong project management skills.
