About the Role
seeking a Client Success Lead to oversee day-to-day relationship management with enterprise clients while mentoring junior account managers and proactively driving client value. This is not just an execution role — we’re looking for someone who can own the full lifecycle of client delivery , ensure internal accountability, and bring fresh thinking and solutions to the table.
You’ll be a hands-on problem solver who ensures deliverables are met, escalations are handled, and our consultants are aligned and supported. This role requires communication finesse, organizational strength, and a mindset of ownership over output .
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for select enterprise clients
Manage and mentor junior account managers to ensure high performance
Oversee client onboarding, communication cadence, and project delivery
Proactively address client challenges and prevent issues before they escalate
Coordinate with consultants, compliance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
Contribute ideas and strategic improvements to enhance client experience, retention, and value delivery
Document all interactions, processes, and changes using internal systems — nothing falls through the cracks
Prepare and present regular client updates, internal progress reports, and trend analysis
Uphold a standard of reliability, transparency, and responsiveness that builds long-term trust
The Ideal Candidate
3–5+ years in account management, client success, or operational roles, preferably in financial services, healthcare, or compliance-heavy sectors
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and team members from start to finish
Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
Highly organized with a strong documentation ethic
Strategic thinker who can proactively offer ideas and turn feedback into solutions
Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong follow-through and a mindset of “owning the outcome”
