Must have prior property management or leasing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collections. Female office environment. The Assistant Property Manager supports the daily operations of residential properties, helping ensure units are occupied, well maintained, and operating efficiently. This role works closely with the Property Manager to coordinate leasing, renewals, collections, maintenance requests, and tenant communication. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced property environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with tenants are essential.
